We are currently seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team of gaming localization experts in the heart of Berlin. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the localization of video game titles from our prestigious clients while collaborating with all relevant in-house teams (translation, engineering, LQA, audio) to ensure the highest standard of localization quality.

  • The Localization Project Manager (LPM) reports to a Team Lead Localization Project Management. 
  • They collaborate with the client and the vendors to deliver projects and requests end-to-end, from quotation to delivery. 
  • The LPM ensures that their projects and requests are delivered on time while reaching the profitability targets.
  •  They select suitable vendors for the translation jobs and proactively manage their in-quality and on-time delivery. 
  • The LPM supports in identifying upselling opportunities with existing clients. 
  • They help in setting and improving Altagram's project management standards.  



Your profile
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills required
  • Experience managing localization workflows
  • Confident customer relations and excellent communication skills
  • Experience with audio projects and/or LQA is a real plus
  • Organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Awareness of cross-cultural differences
  • Knowledge of standard industry software and localization tools (MS Office, memoQ)
  • Familiarity with the principles of internationalization and globalization
  • Passion for video games
  • A working permit/rights in Germany
  • 3+ years experience with client-facing localization project management
  • Experience managing localization workflows
  • Experience managing translation (TEP) & localization workflows
