Altagram is looking for a Junior Recruiter, ideally based in North Africa or Eastern Europe, to support our growing teams across multiple locations and disciplines. In this role, you will help us attract and select the right talent for our international video game localization projects.
You’ll have the opportunity to actively shape and improve our recruiting processes in a growing, international organization.
YOUR ROLE
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting and publishing job postings to sreening, interview coordination, and continous candidate communication
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to align on role requirements, priorities, and hiring decisions
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools
- Oversee and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for new hires and departing employees
Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience across all recruitment stages
